Superheros

In planning for BCYF 2006 we have chosen a theme. The theme will be superheros. We're looking for superheros with cool theme songs. So if you know of any really cool ones let me know.

In other news, I still hate chemistry. I guess that's not really news. I found out the final for chemistry is not comprehensive as I had previously believed. Instead we have to take a standardized chemistry test. It's like the ACT of chemistry. So who hates standardized testing all together? Well, Bethany does. What this means to me is that I'm going to take a test that will include questions about things that I have not studied. The grading system for this is weird. If you score in approximately the 50th prectile you get a C because the 50th precentile is average for the nation. She told us that the 80th precentile would most likely be an A. When you look at it and say, "I and only have to get an 80 to get an A in this class," it seems like a good plan. However, one must take into consideration that I have to get an 80 on a test that includes things we haven't covered which really makes it a crappy deal. Once again the woman is pushing me to madness.
