Good Times at Bethel College

So today I helped out with Freshman Orientation. I helped set up and ran one of the courtyard games. I must say it was quite enjoyable, very hot, but enjoyable. I was in charge of grass skiing. That was exciting. I got to tell a football player that was three times my size that I didn't care what he thought about the game, he was participating. The great thing about it was that he had to listen to me.

The entire afternoon was not too unbearably hot. I did get some cool water down the back. Three people ranging from age 19 to 21, including myself, then proceeded to sit in a small blow-up kiddie pool. It was great. It also came with some blow-up animals including a lion, snake, and giraffe. The giraffe was our favorite. His name is Nubs the friendly giraffe. We took a picture but it may be a while before I get it to post it.
