So I've always struggled with this so called sleep thing. I didn't realize that I had a problem until I got older and people told me that my sleep is different from their's. See it takes me a good hour to hour and a half to get to sleep every night (if I get to sleep). Then I proceed to wake up every hour. As long as I wake up on my own it will only take me about 15 - 30 minutes to fall back to sleep for another hour, but if a someone or a noise wakes me up it's another hour. Last night was one of the nights that I didn't sleep at all. I tried to take a nap but that didn't work. Apparently I was a little crabby today. And I made some comments that probably made me look like a real jerk. If you were one of those people I rudely addressed today, I apologize. I think I'm gonna have this checked out. But until then, if anyone has any sleep remedies (besides NyQuil, thanks anyways Jess) I would love to hear them.
Anywho, for now I'm gonna go pretend to sleep.

Im the same way when it comes to sleep, its getting a little better for me but used to take about an hour for me to fall asleep, even if i was tired.i would wake up constantly as well.
and Im the same with you on the naps, i am unintentionally mean to people after taking one, today i napped for 3 hours and i know i was a B to about everyone i saw for the next 2 hours. :)
